In keeping with the “Skin Purifying:” philosophy of the Moorlife product range, the Moorlife Cleansing Bar is a natural soap-free cleanser that is as unique as it is spectacular. Most cleansing bars or lotions contain soap, upset the skin’s natural pH, and do nothing other than “wash” the skin. Our cleansing bar does not. Because the Moorlife Cleansing Bar displays the unparalleled deep penetrating qualities of the Neydharting Moor from which it is made, it gently penetrates deep into the skin to draw out impurities, residues of makeup, and pore-blocking creams and oils which oxidise, suffocate, and damage the skin. All without removing the skins own natural oils, or upsetting the delicate pH balance. In effect, regular use of the Cleansing Bar is the same as having a daily mild mask treatment for your skin. This regular purifying practice will ensure your skin remains not only clean on the surface, clear deep in the tissue and vibrant, free to breath the way it was intended.
As it contains no soap, applying warm water to the Cleansing Bar produces only a very fine lather, which is then applied to a wetted skin with the hands, or with a brush or soft sea sponge if exfoliation is desired. Excess makeup should be removed with a cold cream or suitable remover. Once gently applied, the light lather of the Cleansing Bar should be left on the skin for at least 2 minutes to allow the essence of the Moor to penetrate and purify the skin. While this is happening, the waxy substances in the lather collect up the impurities and dead cells on the surface, to be rinsed off with warm water. During the purifying process, the skin is being infused with natural oils and moisturisers, phyto nutrients, and protective antioxidants, to leave the skin feeling more moist and supple than before. The pH balancing effect of the Moor leaves the pores closed, and the skin toned and remarkably silky smooth. The healthy glow that appears is due to the increased circulation that is achieved, promoting tissue growth and repair, and restoring elasticity to the muscles and connective tissue of the face.
